I was born and raised in South Africa. Being brought up in an interracial family during Apartheid will teach you a lot about the world, really fast.

My upbringing, my family, my lived experiences as a child and my neurodiversity shaped a titanium strength sense of justice in me. And that led me to being involved in many different professional and personal levels of speaking out for those who can’t.

I was a dog trainer for 15 years, helping people learn to speak dog so they could have a peaceful and mutually beneficial relationship (because who doesn’t want that!?).

I’m owned by border collies and they get me out in the beautiful mountains of BC, keeping me physically (and mentally!) fit, so I can continue fighting the good fight!
